I’m headed to Border’s in a bit to pick up some books for the beach. Would love some recommendations! NOT Twilight.
Definitely try Eleven Minutes by Paulo Coelho, if you haven’t read it. Great great book.
You can go for almost anything by Paulo Coelho, and I only say almost because I haven’t read them all yet. Also try The Center of Everything by Laura Moriarty...

I got this book for Christmas and the description looks pretty interesting. I was reading some reviews on Amazon and most of them weren’t particularly positive. I’m hoping it’s a good read, even if it’s not something my AP English teacher would gush over.

I am so ridiculously impressed with this baby, which my Dad bought me. I’ve been messing with it for maybe twenty minutes — and I am not particularly knowledgable with pictures — and the colors are fantastic. All the rooms I used to never get a decent, well-lit picture in are now bright and lively.
